Geolocation & map pins

1) Kick off meeting
We have a kick off meeting with you where we explore your requirements in greater depth and take a look at your existing processes.
2) First build
We enter the first build phase where we spend a week developing the initial designs of your field services mobile app.
3) First review
We present the first version of your new app for you to review and comment on. We listen to your feedback and take it forward to the next stage.
4) Second build
Our second build phase is where we take away your feedback and implement any changes.
5) Second review
You review the second version of your app and we action any further amends.

Does it work offline?
Yes. Your technician only needs signal to receive the job – once it’s received, they can complete and submit the whole form with no signal at all. Everything syncs automatically the next time they’re back online.
Can more than one technician work on a form at the same time?
Yes. If both are online, you’ll see each other’s updates in real time. If you’re both offline, you can still work on the same form simultaneously – just agree who’s covering which section first, and everything merges together once you’re both back online.
Can I add more than one photo per field?
Yes – add as many photos as the job needs. No limit on evidence.
Can there be mandatory fields?
Yes. Build in the steps that must never be missed, so nothing gets submitted incomplete.
Can photos, signatures, and timestamps be captured on-site?
Yes – photos, signatures and timestamps are all captured as part of the form, giving you a fully evidenced record for every job.
Is it available on Android and iPhone?
Yes, we support all in-support versions of Android and iOS, so 14+ on Android and iOS minimum version is 15.6. It is also available on iPad.
Can I scan QR codes or barcodes?
Yes. Technicians can scan barcodes/QR codes on an asset and it will bring up asset details.
