This is a personal business decision for our Managing Director, Helen Craig, who is ex-Armed Forces, with a husband that has served too. She know’s first hand, the demands that military life places on individuals and their families.
Service life can mean frequent change, long spells apart, and the hard balance of holding a family and a career together around things you can't control. Moving into civilian work brings its own adjustments. It looks different for everyone, and it can take a while to stabilise. That's where understanding from employers makes the difference.
Veterans bring transferable skills, hard-won experience and real resilience, and a bit of patience while they settle into a new life lets all of that come through.
